RELAX KIDS
Relax Kids is applied in a classroom or group setting.
I teach Relax Kids at a school and in a yoga centre 5-8 years.
It helps children react and communicate and have fun together.
The Aims of Relax Kids:

The Method and Sessions Structure:
- Warm up and movement, play and fun through games and play acting
- Stretching and basic yoga
- Feeling through massage and drawing pictures on other kids’ backs

- Relaxation and guided visualisations through Relax Kids story books or CDs
