RELAX KIDS

Relax Kids is applied in a classroom or group setting.
I teach Relax Kids at a school and in a yoga centre 5-8 years.
It helps children react and communicate and have fun together.

The Aims of Relax Kids:

  • To help children learn basic relaxation and stress reducing techniques and to appreciate its benefits
  • To help kids become aware of their feelings and learn ways to manage these feelings
  • To allow children to have fun while exercising

The Method and Sessions Structure:

  • Warm up and movement, play and fun through games and play acting
  • Stretching and basic yoga
