ADULTS - 6 Week Programme

We will be present together in person or online, and in that presence a journey of discovery, self empowerment and magnificence will unfold for you. Join me once a week for six weeks.

KIDS’ GROUP - 7- 12 YEARS - 6 Week Programme

  1. Getting to know them. Ice breaker exercises and Relax Kids. Muscle testing, Mini Silent Counselling to release blocks in their body.
  2. Cosmic Kids’ Journey Therapy with Art. Why it’s ok to be angry or sad. Positive affirmations.
  3. Silent Counselling and empowering themselves. Coping mechanisms. Silver linings - gratitude and acknowledgment of the good stuff.
  4. Cosmic Kids Journey Therapy with Art. Releasing and making peace with the past. Empowering themselves
  5. Silent Counselling. Reflecting on what’s gone well for them. Positive affirmations. Setting themselves goals.
  6. Journey Therapy enabling them to be and feel calm, confident, trusting and in control. setting realistic goals and to practice the things that they are good at and enjoy - (e.g. sport, art, music, drama, etc.) empowering themselves further.

£85 - Individual session.

£510 - Individual one to one x 6 sessions.

£1,200 - Groups of up to 12 children x 6 sessions.

TEENAGERS 13+ - 6 Week Programme

I offer 6 week programme with one to one bespoke therapies depending on their needs.

Using a combination of Kids’ Journey Therapy with Art and Silent Counselling / Rapid Release Therapy, I will help them with releasing their trauma, abandonment issues, fear, anger, ADHD, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, abuse issues and phobias.

I will enable children to feel, safe, secure and cared for and to release what they need to release, at their own pace, allowing them to trust in me and in my compassion for their wellbeing, empowering themselves and enabling them to grow into balanced, happy, healthy, independent adults.

£85 - Individual session.

£510 - Individual one to one x 6 sessions. All sessions may be weekly or monthly.

Medical Intuitive Therapy

£199 - Individual session.

£1,194 - Individual sessions x 6, weekly or monthly.

If paid in full in advance you will receive 15% off, or a Complementary Therapy.

Follow up calls and personal recorded Reimprinting Meditations will be complementary.
